Indeed, Casem, God declared that "it is not good for man to be alone." The first two humans needed to be male and female, in order to populate the world. There is no requirement for marriage to be man and woman, but there is advice that men should not be alone. Thus a gay man who has no attraction to women "is completed" by having a man as his suitable helpmate.
You and all straight traditionalists interpret the creation account as a mandate for marriage. It is not. Rather, it is a historical description of how the first two humans were made. There is NOTHING in the Bible that declares the definition of marriage. God endorsed some marriages that were polygomist. Progressive Christians view gay marriage as something that God fully endorses.
