I love my husband in the same way that perhaps you love your spouse (if married). Also, the greatest love is to give up one's life (i.e., one's own selfishness or actual life) for a friend. My husband is my best friend; I would easily give up my life for him -- just as I have given up my life for Jesus.

I wish I could take you out for a cup of great coffee and you could share more about why you believe what you believe about homosexuality. I guess we will just need to wait for that chat until we are both in heaven. Let's invite Jesus to join us at that chat!
